California 2026 Ballot Guide
A nonpartisan guide to all 14 propositions and 12 state races on the Nov 3 ballot, with zero recommendations.
What I asked
Help my friends, family and me actually understand what we’re voting on, in plain English, without telling anyone how to vote.
What the bot did
My Grok Bot planned the guide, researched it, fact-checked it and built it. Each proposition gets its official title, a condensed official summary, what a yes or no vote means, the cost from the Legislative Analyst’s Office (LAO), and both sides’ arguments. The races show two candidates side by side in the same format, plus the four Board of Equalization districts, where you only vote in yours. Everything comes from the Secretary of State’s Official Voter Information Guide, the certified candidate list, the LAO and CalMatters.
Then it added picks: tap your choice on each race and prop, and it builds a one-page printable cheat sheet. Picks stay on your device only.
